Coffee school policy

All classes take place at 148 Jean Talon O. in Montreal

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if the minimum registration requirement of 3 participants is not met. In such cases, we will notify you directly within 24–48 hours prior to the class to arrange an alternative date.

If you need to cancel or modify your class registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing ecoleducafe@cafeunion.com. You may reschedule for a different class date or receive a gift certificate for future use at the Coffee School. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled class cannot be honored.

Please note that all class registrations are non-refundable.

For evening classes, we are unable to accommodate any late arrivals. Latecomers will be considered no-shows and will not be able to join the class or be reimbursed.

Each registration is valid for one person only, guests will not be permitted.

Coffee School gift cards are valid only for classes and services at the Coffee School. They cannot be used to purchase other Cafe Union products.
